“A portrait of my daughter, once a week, every week, in 2014.”

Poet: she’s always pottering about, busy doing something or other, but today I caught her lying on the table, staring out the window, still and quiet.

One of my favourite portraits this year.

Magical portraits in the mountains – exquisite / I always love Elizabeth’s perspective / so much to love but my goodness, that sky! / intentional or not I love the yellow theme / joy and light and colour and boy.

I love your portrait this week. I love it when mine slows down and has a quiet moment like this. It's rare 🙂

It's always in these quiet, motionless moments that you can truly see their beauty and serenity. Gorgeous moment.
