“A portrait of my daughter, once a week, every week, in 2014.”

Poet: as sweet as fairy floss with the pale pink wings to match. She’s holding a flower picked by our neighbour (she put it in a vase on her bedside table as soon as we got home; she’s learning).

Flower frolickers always make me smile – love this one / a little bit of cheeky makes the happiest of kids  / oh the cute! – Omi and Orion are squishable / this is what summer childhood memories are made of / and beautiful blonde brothers over at Mummalove.

What a little sweetie. All that pink looks adorable with those great gumboots (?) she has – I love when little girls embrace femininity, fairies, flowers and pink yet aren't afraid to go stomping around in the garden.
