spring : scenes

Spring is all light and colour but there’s still pockets of shade that create beautiful contrast.

/ wisteria that grows along our street; delicate and sprawling and willowy

/ a rosy cheeked rascal who likes to brush her hands along the pine trees

/ the messy breakfast table and even messier (deep yellow) yolks

beautiful scenes, and Poet always has such intense expressions. I think that neat little pile of clothes below is just the prettiest holiday wardrobe I ever did see! I'm a bit of a minimalist when it comes to packing. My husband on the other hand packs everything! "Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.." is his packing motto. x

Wisteria is so gorgeous, it always makes me think of Christmas. (and Poet's rosy cheeks are so cute!)

Aw, those wisteria are so pretty. We're falling into Autumn here in our newly-adopted home of North Carolina, with temperatures finally feeling less assaulting to us, who were in Northern California until only August. We're all a bit homesick, so the cooler temps both help and make us wistful.

Here in Denmark we are welcoming a long and dark winter, I must say I would much rather have spring and the lovely flowers on your images 🙂

Beautiful images. I especially loved with one of Poet running her fingers along the pine tree, I used to do the same thing so my hands would smell of Christmas – a strange idea in Australia. Love the burst of spring colour and that gorgeous bursting egg yolk too.
